1. Base on the new project milestone, to settle down the gauge plan, gauge design, inspection methods, coordinate MSA, capability analysis, and measurement correlation with customer; 2. Solve product quality problem timely, lead quality meeting and exceeding customer requirements; 3. Implement internal process audit and close the unqualified items before customer PPAP audit, lead customer PPAP audit and close the findings with evidence proof; 4. Prepare the PPAP documentation with cross-function team, and follow the PPAP submission till customer approval for the PPAP; 5. Deal with customer complaints and follow up the improvement actions till verification proof; 6. Organize necessary staff for customer serving and immediate actions at customer location.
